Digital Accessibility
Our Commitment to Accessibility
At Aboca, we have always believed in values such as respect for people and the environment. Ensuring full accessibility to all content is an essential commitment for us.
For this reason, we are working to improve the usability and inclusivity of our websites and digital services.
Standards and Guidelines
Our goal is to fully comply with the requirements set by the European Accessibility Act, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1/2.2 – Levels A and AA, the global reference standards for accessibility.
What We Are Doing
Regular Audits and Issue Resolution
We are conducting both automated and manual testing (e.g., keyboard navigation, screen reader usage) with the support of external specialists to carry out thorough audits in line with European best practices.
Training and Culture
We are training our teams — designers, developers, editors — to integrate accessibility principles from the very early stages of digital content design.
User Engagement
We strongly take into account all feedback received from users, helping us guide and validate accessibility improvements.
Third-Party Verification
We are also working with external experts (specialized in digital accessibility) to ensure the quality and impact of our initiatives.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome any suggestions to improve the accessibility of our content. You can report accessibility barriers or share your thoughts by contacting us at: tirispondiamo@aboca.it
We will reply within 5–15 business days, providing updates on any actions taken to resolve reported issues.
